The following terms and conditions (hereinafter “Terms”) apply to the use of the online store www.everrei.com, while users who visit the website (hereinafter referred to as “users”, “visitors” or “customers”) either make a simple visit to the website, or any online order of products or services, they are deemed to consent to and unconditionally accept the Terms set forth herein, without any exception.
Any other Terms and Conditions are expressly excluded. If any user disagrees with these terms, they must refrain from using this website and from any transaction with the online store.
GENERAL TERMS
The Company reserves the right to modify and revise the terms and conditions of use and transactions on the website, and must inform users of any change through the pages of this online store.
Only people, aged 18 or over, who have legal capacity to enter into a sales contract and act as consumers, i.e. for non-commercial purposes, have the ability to make a purchase through the online store.
By submitting their order, the users of the online store declare under their own responsibility that they have legal capacity to enter into contracts.
A necessary condition for placing an order from the online store is the correct completion and submission of the relevant order form for the conclusion of the sale and the acceptance of the terms of use by the visitor/customer.

The Company is committed to the truth and accuracy of the information listed in the online store, regarding the identity of the Company, the transactions provided and the information of the products and services.
The Company reserves the right for electronic data entries made by mistake, such as any errors in photos, product characteristics or prices or errors from disruption of the smooth operation of the website due to force majeure and is entitled to immediately correct them, whenever they become known to the Company.

The user agrees and can use the website https://www.everrei.com/, as well as the services, information and data of the online store, in accordance with the Law and good morals. The user must provide true and accurate information in their transactions with the online store and correctly and accurately fill in the necessary fields in their contact forms with the online store (name, surname, email address, phone, email, etc.).

PRICE POLICY
The Company reserves the right to freely shape the pricing policy of the online store, to modify the displayed prices, to change and/or withdraw offers without prior notification to the user/customer, who will be informed of the applicable price each time, from the relevant post on the website. All listed prices of the online store products are in euros and include VAT. The final prices of each product do not include shipping costs.
PURCHASE PROCEDURE
- ORDER SUBMISSION
The best possible customer service and a pleasant transaction process is a priority of the Company. The user can select the product and the desired quantity by pressing “Add to cart”. The order of the products is submitted, once the customer has completed and sent the specific order form, available in the online store, as well as accepted the purchase terms and conditions, in order to place the order.
Sending the order to the Company constitutes a proposal to purchase the ordered products and a declaration of acceptance of all charges described in the order. In the event that the customer has made payment for the order and there is no notification or acceptance from the Company, the customer is entitled to a refund of the payment.
- ORDER CONFIRMATION – SALE COMPLETE
The order is considered received and binding for the Company, when the customer receives a relevant notification with the order number and the indication “We have received your order”, at the registered email address.
During the processing of each received order, the correctness of the final price of the product and its availability are confirmed and the Company must inform the customer in the event of the availability or delivery time difference from that stated. The sale is considered to have been established and creates claims between the customer and the Company, only with the sending and receiving of the email with the indication “The order has been shipped”.
In the context of good faith, the Company is not obliged to accept an order and conclude a sale of products, which due to a mechanical or typographical error appear in the online store with an incorrect price, either lower or higher than their normal applicable price. Since the error concerns only part of the products of the order, the order is valid and executed normally for the remaining products, unless the customer declares otherwise, in which case the Company must cancel the entire order.
AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS
The customer is informed about the products and their availability, through the online store. In the event that the products are not available at the time of the order, the Company reserves the right not to accept a specific order and therefore not to complete the sale. In the event that a product is not available when the order is placed, the Company informs the customer of the possible delivery time, within a reasonable period of time. If the time is not satisfactory for the customer, the order is canceled and any payments are returned to the customer, in the same way that the customer chose to pay for the order.
PAYMENT METHODS
GREECE
The payment of the order is made exclusively in the following ways:
CASH ON DELIVERY
The customer pays in cash the corresponding value of their order to the authorized employee of the collaborating company Courier Center, upon delivery of the order, to the shipping location indicated by the customer. The cost of the service cash on delivery amounts to 2 euros and it is possible to pay by cash on delivery only for orders that do not exceed 500 euros.
CREDIT/DEBIT CARD
Transactions are carried out in an encrypted environment with a secure way through a special service of the cooperating bank. The cards that can be used are Visa, MasterCard, and Maestro.
The card is charged after a check of validity and available balance.
PAYPAL
Transactions are carried out in PayPal’s safe and encrypted environment.

The customer has the possibility to pay by depositing into the Company’s account, with justification of the order number and the customer’s name, in the account indicated during the payment (checkout).

PRIVACY POLICY
The main priority of the Company is the security of the personal data of the users who visit the website www.everrei.com. The processing of customers’ personal data is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data (GDPR 2016/679), the current applicable Greek legislation on the protection of personal data and private life in the field of electronic communications (Law 3471/2006, as applicable) and the decisions of the Personal Data Protection Authority (PDPA).
In order to have access to the website www.everrei.com and the products provided by the Company, you may be asked to provide personal information regarding Name, Shipping/Billing Address, Telephone and Email, in order to optimally process your order, which will not be used by third parties (with the exception of where provided by the Law to the competent authorities and only the cooperating courier company, Courier Center).
The Company respects the personal data of visitors and users of the website and must manage and protect it as defined by the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data 2016/679/EU and in general the applicable national and European legislative and regulatory framework for the protection of personal data.
CONFIDENTIALITY OF TRANSACTIONS
The Company has taken actions to take all the necessary measures so that all the principles governing online transactions apply to its online store www.everrei.com. The Company does not record or store payment information, such as card numbers or other bank details, so the customer enters a completely secure and encrypted environment of the collaborating Bank, Stripe or PayPal when paying for the order.
SHIPMENT OF PRODUCTS
The Company delivers its products throughout Greece with the cooperating courier company Courier Center, whereas for Cyprus Courier Center is cooperating with Aramex to deliver your orders. The cooperating company will deliver the order to the shipping address where the customer has submitted when completing the order form or to the address where the customer has previously informed the Company. The company bears no responsibility in the event that the customer has entered incorrect shipping information and must inform the Company as soon as possible.
GREECE
For orders up to 80 euros, shipping costs are 3 euros, while shipping is free if the value of the order exceeds 80 euros.
CYPRUS
For orders up to 180 euros, shipping costs are 12 euros, while shipping is free if the value of the order exceeds 180 euros.
DELIVERY TIME
The delivery time of the products is specified in the order depending on the availability of the products and their shipping location, which is confirmed by the acceptance of the order by the Company.
GREECE
The delivery time is 1-3 working days for areas within Attica or any other city in Greece, while in islands and hard-to-reach areas the delivery time is 2-5 working days.
CYPRUS
The packages are shipped via airplane and the delivery time is 3-4 working days.
For bulk orders or for special orders or orders tailored to the customer’s requirements, the above delivery times do not apply since the delivery time is agreed on a case-by-case basis with the customer in writing (e-mail).
Deliveries are made every day during the delivery hours of the cooperating courier company, while shipments and deliveries do not take place on weekends and holidays. Also, orders entered into our system on holidays will be executed on the next working day after the holiday. The Company makes every effort for the timely delivery of orders and reserves the right not to accept responsibility in cases of force majeure or unforeseeable situations or events.
The Company is not responsible for delays in the execution of the order, which cannot reasonably be attributed to the fault of the Company or are due to reasons of force majeure (strikes, bad weather conditions, etc.) but needs to inform the customer accordingly in each such case.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
According to Law 2251/1994 as amended and in force, the customer has the right to return the products, as long as they are products that are not exempt from the right of withdrawal, without being obliged to announce the reason for returning them, within fourteen (14) calendar days of their receipt. The customer should notify the Company by sending an email and the shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.
The customer must return the products intended for return, with the official proof of purchase and in the same condition in which they were received, i.e. without their packaging having been tampered with or having been used and their preservation conditions having been observed.
Following the declaration of withdrawal, the Company is obliged to make a refund to the customer for the price received. The refund of the price due to withdrawal by the customer will be made at the latest within fourteen (14) calendar days from the time the Company received demonstrable knowledge of the withdrawal.
However, delivery costs and the cost of the service cash on delivery are not refunded.
The customer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the returned products, if it was used other than what was necessary.
EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
From the customer’s right of withdrawal provided for in the above paragraph, those products purchased from the online store are excluded and:
- the customer has not complied with their storage conditions, as defined by their packaging or imposed for reasons of health protection or hygiene.
- they have been manufactured specifically for the customer, with specifications according to the customer’s requirements, or they are clearly customised products.
EXCHANGES
In the event that the customer is not satisfied with the product, they can return the product and ask for an exchange in size/colour or choose a different item.
The customer should inform the Company and return the product within fourteen (14) calendar days of their receipt.
The products intended for return, should be with the official proof of purchase and in the same condition in which they were received, i.e. without their packaging having been tampered with or having been used and their preservation conditions having been observed.
All the shipping costs of the returned items shall be borne by the customer.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
According to the provisions of the Civil Code and regardless of the customer’s right of withdrawal, the Company is liable when the product purchased by the customer does not comply with the contract and in particular when it has a real defect.
In this case, the customer is entitled at their option: a) to demand, at no charge, the replacement of the product with another one, unless such an action is impossible or requires disproportionate costs, b) to request the return of the money. If the customer chooses to replace the product, the Company must replace it in a reasonable time.
All items shall be returned to the address pointed by the Company, via the communication with the customer.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
In the event that any dispute arises between the Company’s transaction with the customer and if, following their request, they fail to reach a mutual agreement, the customer has the option of turning to the Electronic Dispute Resolution platform (https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/) which is directly connected to the competent independent Authority “Consumer Advocate” (http://www.synigoroskatanaloti.gr) to which the customer can submit a request for the resolution of the dispute. In that case the Company can then be called by the competent Authority at its email address info@everrei.com. The Company recognises, in the context of good faith, the advisory nature of the decisions of the Authority to be taken and it is not committed to the enforceability of these decisions.
